What is the Resort Getaways Promotion?
It's a fantastic offer where participating Retravision stores
are giving away a BONUS $500 Resort Cheque for every $500 spent
in-store during the promotion! You can apply your Resort Cheques
towards the cost of a range of 4 and 5-star accommodation at over
200 fantastic resorts across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific,
Asia and America - and even cruises!
How do I get my $500 Resort Cheque?
To receive a $500 Resort Cheque you must spend a minimum $500
in-store in the same transaction at your Retravision store.
Can I get more than one $500 Resort Cheque in the same
transaction?
Yes you can - as multiple $500 Resort Cheques are awarded to
customers for every $500 achieved in a single transaction e.g. if
you spend $1000 on full price items in the same transaction you
receive 2 x $500 Resort Cheques, and so forth.
So the only limit to the number of $500 Resort Cheques I can
get is the amount I spend in store?
That's right! For example - purchase a $4000 plasma TV and
receive 8 x $500 Resort Cheques valued at $4000! There is no limit
to the number of Resort Cheques you can receive, but if you can't
use them all yourself you can give them away as valuable gifts to
family and friends, or as rewards to work colleagues and staff!
Can I get my Resort Cheques from any Retravision?
Yes, all Retravision stores Australia-wide are participating in
the Retravision Resort Getaways Promotion all year round.
How do I use my Resort Cheques?
Each Resort Cheque can be applied as a partial payment towards
the cost of accommodation in rooms and apartments at participating

Rewards per booking are detailed in this website.

time offering huge holiday savings for Retravision customers. You
use your $500 Resort Cheque towards your accommodation costs of
packaged holiday cost and top up the balance with your own funds.
It's that simple.
Is the hotel and resort accommodation in apartments or hotel

What does 'Best Available Rate' mean in the accommodation price
charts?
RewardsCorp offers resorts and holidays at competitive rates
before applying your Resort Cheques towards your chosen holiday. If
you find, at the time of booking, a lower rate than the published
'Best Flexible Rate' for the same booking - we will match this
price and reduce the amount of Resort Cheques required to complete
your booking.
When is my Resort Cheque valid to?
Your Resort Cheque is valid for 12 months to book and travel.
See the Terms and Conditions on the reverse side of your Resort
Cheque(s) for specific validity dates.
What is resort availability like? What about school
holidays?
Availability of accommodation and other rewards are more readily
available outside school holidays, public holidays, peak seasons
and special events, and exclusions or surcharges may apply during
these periods. Please call RewardsCorp on 1300 788 668 with your
holiday preferences for up-to-date resort availability and
recommendations. All requested booking dates are subject to
promotion availability.
How soon should I book my holidays?
To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book your holidays
as soon as you have decided on your preferred resorts and holiday
dates. While we have a substantial allocated room inventory
available for the Resort Getaways Promotion, a number of the
participating resorts and apartment categories are very popular.
Although we strongly advise against leaving your booking as late as
possible, we will accept bookings with a minimum 21 days booking
notice required. Bookings will only be accepted within 21 days
notice at the discretion of RewardsCorp.
How do I find out more about the resorts?
Our reservations consultants can answer your questions on
aspects of each resort, and the suitability of various resorts to
your particular accommodation and holiday requirements. All
accommodation enquiries must be made through RewardsCorp on 1300
788 668 Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm. Alternatively, you can book
online 24/7 through the website.
Are there resorts in any other holiday destinations other than
those featured in this website?
New destinations and properties are continually being added to
the Resort Getaways collection. Email reservations@rewardscorp.com
with any other preferred resort destinations and we'll let you know
if there are any new properties coming online at those
destinations.

your Booking Number, relevant details of your holiday booking,
resort arrival instructions, confirmation of the Resort Getaways
used and the balance of the accommodation charges paid by you, your
original Resort Cheque serial number(s), and any other booking
particulars requested by you.
When do I pay the balance of my accommodation booking?

requested resort accommodation and booking dates. This is the
amount set out in the accommodation price chart for each property -
less the maximum redeemable Resort Getaways which is applied at
this time.

charges?
Payment can be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer or

payment by cheque, bookings can only be guaranteed upon receipt of
cleared funds.
Will I be charged if I cancel or amend my booking?
Should you cancel your accommodation booking after full payment
is made, no refund applies. Resort extras are also non refundable
and cannot be amended after your booking has been confirmed.
However, you can amend your booking dates for your selected resort
as often as you require up to 35 days prior to your booked arrival
date for a processing fee of $25, and you can also transfer your
accommodation booking to another party, without penalty or
incurring amendment fees, only name amendments will be permitted
within 35 days of arrival at your booked resort. No cancellations
or amendments are permitted for "Last minute specials". At the sole
discretion of RewardsCorp, and subject to the booked resort and the

cancellations and date changes may be permitted within 35 days

What if my Resort Cheque is lost or stolen?
Please keep your Resort Cheque in a safe place as each $500
Resort Cheque is valued at $500 and represents a $500 cash
contribution towards accommodation costs of resort holidays. So
please keep a record of the individual serial number on each Resort
Cheque in a safe place, and separately to your Resort Cheques, in
case they are lost or stolen. You can also register your Resort
Cheques on the home page of this website as a safeguard.
Do I need to keep my Resort Cheque after I have made my
bookings?
Your Resort Cheque carries a unique serial number which is
recorded on your online account at the time of booking. While you
will not be required to present your Resort Cheque to the resort at
the time of checking in, we recommend you keep it as a record of
your booking(s) and you may wish to quote your serial number by
phone to our reservations consultants when making your
bookings.
